Q: What is your rate?
A: The weekly rates are: $800 for May/June/Sept/Oct; $950 July 4th week thru Labor Day week (7/3/10 thru 9/11/10).
Q: What about Off –Season rates?
A: Our off-season begins in November and ends in May. There is a lot of interest in the beach and bicycling in the fall, so we don't drop our rates until November.
Q: Are there any other fees?
A: We do ask for a Refundable Security Deposit for all rentals. The deposit is refunded after your stay. Costs incurred for Damages, Excessive cleaning, etc will be deducted from the Security Deposit.
----->> If applicable, there is a pet fee of $50/week per pet.
----->> We do not charge a cleaning fee and there is no charge for local telephone calls.
Q: How do I book a Reservation?
A: Contact us via email to find out what weeks are available. We require a Reservation Deposit (usually 25% of the weekly fee), in addition to the Security Deposit. We also have a written agreement that we require for all rentals. We book on a first-come/first-served basis and reservations are not finalized until we receive the initial payments and a signed written agreement. There are cancellation fees, as detailed in our agreement, so please confirm your plans before you book your stay with us.
Q: What types of payment do you accept?
A: We prefers that payment be made through “PayPal,” which accepts credit cards and checking debits. We will email a PayPal invoice to you. ----->> Visit the PayPal site for: Why should I use PayPal?
----->> We also accept U.S Postal Money Orders and personal checks (which must be received in plenty of time for check clearance prior to payment due dates).

----->> All funds are to be paid in U.S. Dollars ($).
----->> There is a Returned Check Fee.
