Clean, bright interior. Remodeled Kitchen; Large fridge w/Icemaker. Washer/Dryer.  Cozy bedroom w/iron bed; extra futon bed in Living Room. 

Cable TV/Internet/Phone; A/C.  All Linens/Towels, Dishes/Glassware/ Cookware included as well as basic kitchen supplies (sugar, spices, coffeemaker, microwave, toaster, utensils).  2 car off-street parking.  Private, fenced yard; outdoor dining w/umbrella.   New Gas Grill. Grapevine trellis w/flowers. Locked shed bike storage.  Bikes available.

                              

Accessible to Red Bank, Atlantic Highlands, Sea Bright, Monmouth Racetrack. 

 Walking distance to Highspeed Seastreak Ferry --NYC only 40 minutes away!

45 minute drive to Newark Airport; 1 hour drive to NYC; NJ Transit nearby. 

No Smoking.  

Small pets negotiable for additional fee.

Responsible adults/families only. 

Max occupancy = 4 persons (2 Adults preferred)

Weekly Rentals.  Sat-Sat.  Weekends only when available
